Alice, TW Founder
I’m Alice - bikini pro athlete, women’s transformation coach, and founder of Transformed Women Coaching. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I know true results go beyond aesthetics - they come from building strength, fuelling with real food, and transforming health from the inside out.
As a qualified training and nutrition coach, and certified binge and emotional eating specialist, I help women heal their relationship with food while still achieving their body transformation goals.
Through TW coaching methods, I’ve guided thousands of women to lose fat, build lean muscle, and step into their strongest, most empowered selves - with an approach grounded in evidence-based training, sustainable nutrition, and mindset work.
